About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect to join our team. This permanent position requires an experienced professional with a strong background in the IT field, specifically within the banking and financial sector. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 years of IT experience, including at least 5 years in a Solution Architect role. This role is pivotal in designing end-to-end enterprise solutions and integrating diverse technology stacks to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and architect end-to-end enterprise solutions across application, data, infrastructure, integration, and security layers.
• Utilize architecture frameworks such as TOGAF and Zachman, along with UML/ArchiMate, for solution design.
• Recommend integration patterns and technologies suitable for enterprise environments.
• Lead enterprise integration efforts, including SOA, Microservices, API Modelling, and API-led integration.
• Conduct data modeling, database design, cloud integration, and ensure security compliance.
• Develop solution architectures derived from reference architectures.
• Support the preparation of content for steering bodies and review boards.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, facilitating cross-functional collaboration and change management.
• Integrate Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) products with in-house applications, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 12 years of experience in the IT field, with at least 5 years in a Solution Architect role.
• Proven experience in the banking/financial sector.
• Mandatory certification in any of the following: VMware Cloud Foundation Architect, IBM Cloud Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Platform Architecting, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect, TOGAF Certification, Open Certified Architect, Professional Cloud Solutions Architect, Red Hat Certified Architect, Certified Microservices Architect.
• Proficiency in architecture frameworks (TOGAF/Zachman), UML/ArchiMate, and end-to-end solution design.
• Expertise in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Strong communication skills and experience in stakeholder communication and change management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with on-premise private cloud or public cloud deployment models.
• Ability to derive solution architecture from reference architecture.
• Experience in integrating COTS products with consideration for scalability and performance.
