We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join our a.com analytics team. This role is

ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of data engineering and digital analytics. The ideal

candidate will have hands-on experience with Databricks, Adobe Analytics (including CJA), and Power

BI/Tableau, and will be responsible for foundational data work, exploration, and dashboard development.

Job Position Title: Data Analyst (with focus on Data Engineering & Digital Analytics)

Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities

• Perform data exploration and foundational data engineering tasks to

support analytics

and reporting needs.

• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power

BI/Tableau.

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Databricks and

other cloudbased tools. Also can work on Claude integration.

• Analyze web and digital data using Adobe Analytics and Customer

Journey Analytics

(CJA).

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business

requirements and

translate them into data solutions.

• Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across all analytics

platforms.

• Document data workflows, processes, and dashboard logic for

transparency and

reproducibility.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in data engineering and/or web analytics roles.

• Strong expertise in Databricks, SQL, and data handling techniques.

• Familiarity with Adobe Analytics/Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).

• Hands-on experience with Power BI/Tableau for data visualization and

dashboard

development.

• Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and performance

optimization.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Mandatory skill sets: • Strong expertise in Databricks, SQL, and data handling techniques.

• Familiarity with Adobe Analytics/Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).
