About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic Technical Program Manager specialized in Mobile to join our team. This pivotal role involves leading the delivery of our mobile application portfolio, ensuring seamless coordination across various projects within the AEC domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile environments, particularly in mobile app development, and will employ AI-assisted tools to enhance product delivery and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery across the One Mobile portfolio, coordinating requirements, sprints, and releases for multiple applications.
• Utilize AI-augmented Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) tools to author and refine product backlog items (PBIs) ensuring precision and clarity.
• Capture, refine, and validate product requirements with business stakeholders, ensuring cross-layer consistency across business requirements, UX designs, and API contracts.
• Facilitate sprint ceremonies, using AI-assisted analysis to identify and mitigate recurring blockers, enhancing predictability and efficiency.
• Manage and prioritize product backlogs, ensuring clarity and readiness for sprints.
• Proactively identify, track, and resolve cross-team and cross-app dependencies.
• Coordinate release readiness and manage go/no-go decisions across multiple release trains.
• Act as the primary point of contact for delivery teams, managing scope, priorities, and clarifications to protect engineering resources from unnecessary interruptions.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and architects to ensure alignment with vision, roadmap, and dependencies.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Program Manager, Technical Product Owner, or senior Business Analyst in Agile environments.
• Proven experience in mobile application development, with hands-on experience running sprints and managing backlog.
• Proficiency in AI-assisted tooling for requirement elicitation and backlog management.
• Strong experience in stakeholder management across business, product, and technology teams.
• Familiarity with the construction/AEC domain or demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to complex domains.
• Expertise in spec-driven requirements practice and cross-layer consistency verification.
• Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent for backlog management.
• Strong understanding of mobile architecture, cross-platform delivery, and Agile/Scrum/SAFe delivery models.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Flutter and native iOS/Android capabilities.
• High-level understanding of mobile architecture, frameworks, and release processes.
