About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Azure AI Engineer to join our team in Hyderabad, India. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying intelligent agentic systems using Azure cloud technologies. As the primary technical lead for Azure-native solutions, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-driven solutions across various platforms, including Oracle, Azure, Pega, and ServiceNow. This is a full-time, hybrid position requiring a strong background in cloud architecture, AI, and Python development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable, multi-tenant cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure.
• Develop intelligent agentic systems using Azure AI Foundry and Azure AI Studio.
• Integrate AI-powered agents into healthcare applications for enhanced decision-making and workflow automation.
• Build and manage containerized applications using Docker and Azure Kubernetes Service.
• Establish robust backend services using Python with frameworks such as FastAPI and Flask.
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code using Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate with healthcare stakeholders and mentor junior developers to drive delivery excellence.

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of professional experience in software development and cloud engineering.
• 4-5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure platform.
• 4 years of production-level Python development experience.
• 3+ years of experience with Azure AI services and LLM/Agentic AI integrations.
• Proficiency in Azure Compute, Data, Networking, AI, and DevOps services.
• Strong knowledge of Python frameworks, asynchronous programming, and API development.
• Experience in designing multi-agent orchestration and RAG pipelines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with healthcare compliance standards such as HIPAA.
• Experience with Oracle Agentic Studio, Pega Platform, and ServiceNow integrations.
• Azure certifications such as AZ-305, AZ-304, or AI-102.
• Previous experience in healthcare GCC or BPO delivery environments.
