About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining mobile CI/CD pipelines for iOS and Android applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in DevOps practices and mobile build systems, with a focus on enhancing automation and efficiency to support frequent releases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain mobile CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Automate workflows for build, test, signing, and deployment to enhance release frequency.
• Manage GitHub repositories and implement branching strategies in line with team standards.
• Track delivery tasks, sprints, and release milestones using Jira.
• Collaborate with mobile developers and architects to ensure DevOps practices align with platform standards.
• Oversee app store release processes, including versioning and rollout management.
• Implement automated testing gates to uphold quality standards.
• Monitor pipeline performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Integrate security scanning and compliance checks into delivery pipelines.
• Manage mobile build infrastructure, including hosted and cloud-based build agents.
• Engage in code reviews and technical discussions from a DevOps perspective.
• Maintain documentation for DevOps processes and release procedures.
• Explore and apply AI-assisted tools to improve pipeline efficiency and code quality.

Requirements:

• 5–8 years of experience in software engineering, DevOps, or infrastructure roles.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with mobile CI/CD pipelines for iOS and Android.
• Proven proficiency with mobile build systems such as Gradle, Xcode, and Fastlane.
• Experience in app store submission and release automation for Google Play and Apple App Store.
• Strong collaboration skills and familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments.
• Proficiency in version control, branching strategies, and release orchestration using GitHub and Azure DevOps.
• Experience with project tracking and sprint management using Jira.
• Solid understanding of iOS and Android platform fundamentals and build systems.
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms (preferably Azure) and containerization basics.
• Proficiency in writing YAML-based pipeline configurations with scripting ability in Shell or Python.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with mobile development frameworks such as Flutter, React Native, or native development.
• Understanding of secure coding and DevSecOps practices pertinent to mobile environments.
• Experience with mobile monitoring and observability tools like Firebase Crashlytics or Sentry.
• AI Fluency with hands-on implementation experience is a plus.
