About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst specializing in Enterprise Data Modeling to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will design and govern enterprise-wide data models, playing a crucial part in the digital transformation initiatives of banks and financial institutions. Your expertise will guide the development of data models that support data lakes, warehouses, regulatory reporting, analytics, and AI/ML initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage enterprise conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
• Define key banking data domains including Customer, Account, Product, Loan, and more.
• Establish canonical data models and standard business vocabularies.
• Design target-state information architecture and define data integration strategies.
• Create and maintain business glossaries, data dictionaries, and stewardship frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data mapping, ETL design, and API integration.
• Mentor junior data modelers and participate in stakeholder workshops and model review sessions.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise data modeling methodologies.
• In-depth understanding of banking products and processes.
• Proven experience with EDW, Data Lake, Data Lakehouse, and MDM implementations.
• Knowledge of regulatory and risk data models and familiarity with frameworks like BIAN and BCBS239.
• Strong documentation skills, strategic thinking, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications such as TOGAF, DAMA-CDMP, or BIAN.
• Proficiency with tools such as ERWIN, ER/Studio, SAP PowerDesigner, Collibra, and Informatica EDC.
