About the Role:

We are seeking an accomplished Director with expertise in Digital Transformation, AI, and Analytics to join our Advisory Line of Service. The role demands a market-facing leader capable of integrating enterprise architecture with transformation advisory and consultative sales to spearhead AI-led transformation programs. The Director will play a critical role in cultivating client relationships, building sales pipelines, and leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative, secure, and business-aligned solutions across various domains including R&D, clinical development, regulatory affairs, and supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Originate and drive digital transformation, AI, and analytics opportunities with a focus on expanding the Indian market.
• Advise senior business stakeholders on digital strategy, AI adoption, and technology modernization.
• Lead the development of proposals and solutions for complex transformation programs.
• Translate business challenges into scalable digital, AI, and analytics solutions, including designing target-state architectures and implementation roadmaps.
• Provide architectural leadership across data platforms, cloud ecosystems, and AI/ML technologies.
• Evaluate technology solutions for scalability, interoperability, and compliance in regulated environments.
• Guide program teams through design and delivery governance, ensuring quality and compliance.
• Develop reusable frameworks and industry insights for digital transformation.
• Mentor and develop consulting teams to enhance solution delivery excellence.

Requirements:

• 15-18 years of experience in digital transformation, enterprise architecture, and technology consulting.
• Demonstrated expertise in life sciences, biotech, or healthcare, with knowledge of R&D, clinical operations, and regulatory environments.
• Proven track record in consultative sales and delivery of AI-led transformation projects.
• Strong competency in stakeholder advisory, design thinking, and technology assessment.
• Experience with cloud data platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP, and knowledge of AI/ML technologies.
• Ability to create comprehensive architecture documents and executive presentations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields; MBA or master’s degree preferred.
• Certifications in enterprise architecture, cloud platforms, or AI/ML are advantageous.
