About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled professional with a deep understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, Python, and Data Science to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), LangGraph, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Agentic Architecture & Design Patterns. This role demands a strategic thinker who can seamlessly integrate advanced AI technologies into practical applications, driving innovation and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement advanced AI models utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) strategies.
• Design and optimize Agentic Architecture & Design Patterns for scalable AI solutions.
• Lead the integration of context and harness engineering, including context management and evaluation frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI solutions with business objectives.
• Engage in prompt engineering and loop engineering to enhance AI model performance and reliability.
• Leverage vector databases for data storage and retrieval in AI applications.

Requirements:

• 8 to 12 years of experience in AI, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Python programming.
• Strong expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), LangGraph, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Hands-on experience with Agentic Architecture & Design Patterns.
• Solid understanding of context engineering and harness engineering principles.
