We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our engineering team in Bangalore. The role will focus on integrating a new module within the Blue Yonder platform into our existing API-based services landscape. This initiative will require enhancements to our AWS-hosted real-time service architecture while also supporting batch-based integrations driven by SaaS vendor data contracts.

The ideal candidate will possess strong backend development expertise in C# .NET, hands-on experience with cloud-native AWS solutions, and a solid understanding of enterprise integration patterns.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance scalable API-based services to support integration with Blue Yonder SaaS modules.
• Build and maintain backend services using C# .NET and modern software engineering practices.
• Implement and support both real-time and batch-based integration solutions for vendor and SaaS data exchanges.
• Enhance and modernize AWS-based services to support new business and integration capabilities.
• Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using AWS CDK.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors to define and implement integration requirements.
• Contribute to front-end development activities using Blazor where required.
• Create robust monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions for production services.
• Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and agile delivery processes.
• Ensure high standards of code quality, security, scalability, and operational excellence.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and engineering outcomes.

Mandatory Skill Sets

Primary Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in C# .NET development.
• Extensive experience developing and consuming REST APIs and microservices.
• Solid understanding of software design principles, integration patterns, and distributed systems.
• Experience working with SQL and data integration solutions.

Cloud & DevOps

• Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud Services.
• Experience with AWS CDK or equivalent Infrastructure as Code frameworks.
• Knowledge of CI/CD practices and cloud-native deployments.

Preferred Skill Sets

• Experience with Blazor for front-end development.
• Experience integrating SaaS applications and third-party platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka for event-driven architectures.
• Experience using Docker and containerized applications.
• Familiarity with Sumo Logic for monitoring and observability.
• Experience with GitHub including branching strategies and CI/CD workflows.
• Knowledge of PagerDuty for incident management and operational support.
• Experience working in Agile environments using Jira and Confluence.
• Experience using Cursor AI as an engineering productivity and code acceleration tool is highly desirable.

Desired Experience

• Experience working on enterprise-scale integration projects.
