About the Role:

We are seeking a Director and Associate Director for a Senior Technical Product Leader position specializing in AI and Data Platforms. This role demands a seasoned professional with 12-15 years of experience in Data Architecture transitioning to Technical Product Management. As a pivotal leader, you will be responsible for crafting and executing the product strategy for our Data & Analytics platform. This position requires a deep integration of enterprise data architecture with modern AI/ML technologies to deliver robust business outcomes. You will act as a thought leader, engaging both clients and internal stakeholders to drive innovation and strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered Data & Analytics products.
• Engage in hands-on coding, solution design, and architecture reviews to ensure technical excellence.
• Design and architect complex, scalable data solutions covering ingestion, transformation, and consumption layers.
• Align business requirements with data architecture and emerging AI capabilities such as LLMs and RAG.
• Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation through to architecture, build, and adoption phases.
• Provide architectural leadership for Lakehouse/Medallion Architecture, distributed computing, and cloud-native data platforms.
• Advocate for data governance encompassing lineage, metadata, master data, access controls, and KPI/data product governance.
• Implement AI-first product strategies by embedding LLMs, RAG pipelines, vector databases, and AI agents into data products.
• Establish MLOps & CI/CD best practices including model training, validation, deployment, monitoring, and governance.
• Serve as a key technical authority in client and leadership discussions; mentor technical and engineering teams.

Requirements:

• Proven hands-on coding ability with Python/PySpark for writing, debugging, and reviewing production-grade code.
• Expertise in complex solution design and end-to-end data platform architecture.
• Strong understanding of system design principles including scalability, fault tolerance, and performance optimization.
• Proficiency in prototyping AI/data features hands-on.
• Experience in Data Engineering, including ETL/ELT, dimensional modeling, and event-based ingestion.
• Strong command of SQL and statistical data quality techniques.
• Knowledge of Lakehouse Architecture and distributed computing, including Apache Spark optimization and cloud architecture.
• Fundamental understanding of Machine Learning, LLMs, and emerging technologies.
• Experience in MLOps and CI/CD, as well as strong data governance skills.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and client-facing technical influence.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SAP BTP / BDC or similar enterprise cloud data platforms.
• Certifications in Cloud Architecture, Data Engineering, or AI/ML.
