12+ years of experience in project management, program management, business transformation

Healthcare domain experience nice to have

Lead program/project governance and execution tracking for the initiative driven by recent policy and regulatory changes, ensuring clear visibility into scope, milestones, ownership, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, and action items.

Manage issues / risks. Good RAID management expertise with a blend of RCAM

Manage the integrated project plan to augment the current team. Good project planning skills.

Manage all communications to SLT, project teams, steer co. – good communication skills

Strong in MS Tools, MS Project, PPT and memo communications

Managing workstream execution for projects.

Good at tracking and monitoring progress and unblocking issues.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and ability to anticipate downstream impacts.

PMP, Prince, CAPM, Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or similar project / program management certification preferred.
