Platform Architect / Technical Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Platform Architect / Technical Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and owning the end-to-end architecture of our One ID platform, ensuring robust authentication, authorization, and seamless integration with other product teams. Your expertise will be crucial in setting the technical quality bar and supporting a phased rollout across our cloud and on-premises products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and manage the architecture of One ID, focusing on authentication, authorization, tenancy, and integration contracts.
• Develop a relationship-based access model that supports organizational hierarchies and data separation.
• Define token lifecycle processes for performance optimization and rapid revocation.
• Establish APIs, SDKs, and integration patterns for product team onboarding.
• Maintain high technical standards through code review, design documentation, and architectural consistency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including security and compliance, to meet data protection standards.
• Oversee the phased implementation of platform features across various environments.

Requirements:

• 8-12 years of experience in platform architecture and technical leadership roles.
• Proficiency in OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, identity and access management, and SCIM-based user provisioning.
• Strong background in multi-tenant SaaS architecture and Azure technologies, including AKS, API Management, and Service Bus.
• Expertise in .NET and React, with a focus on high-performance, low-latency services.
• Demonstrated ability to write and utilize architecture documentation effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with identity server products such as Duende IdentityServer or Keycloak.
• Familiarity with enterprise federation protocols, event-driven architectures, and data protection regulations.
• Fluency in AI-assisted development and architecture tools.
